“ Pho 7 Cow in National City never disappoints! The service is always perfect—everyone is so friendly and attentive. The food comes out fast, fresh, and consistently delicious. There’s almost always a wait line, which just proves how good this place really is. My go-to is the #29: grilled pork with vermicelli noodles, egg rolls, lettuce, pickled veggies, peanuts, and their amazing sauce. Every bite hits the spot! I ordered the grilled filet mignon rice vermicelli bowl w/egg rolls, while my husband got the grilled pork version. Both meats were both so tender, the veggies were refreshing, and had a great tang with that fish sauce! That paired with their coconut water drink made the perfect lunch break. I've been prepping for this piping hot and delicious broth so I got the large this time. Generous meat and fresh bean sprouts, basil and lime. A1 Spring rolls; crispy with the perfect saltiness and sweetness of their Nước chấm. #20 / Grilled Filllet Mignon Broken Rice. Tender and well seasoned beef but I wish their broken rice menu have egg loaf and shredded pork skin. Highly recommended Vietnamese restaurant. Customer service was great. ”
“ The service here was incredible on a busy Saturday at 4:30PM. There were 5 tables ahead of us on the waitlist, but they were all seated within what felt like 10 minutes or less. I was amazed at how quickly the food arrived after ordering with how busy and full the restaurant was. We were a party of 2 so your mileage may vary. It honestly felt faster than fast food. I was literally so amazed at how efficiently the workers were moving. Pho and the grilled chicken and rice plate are great. Paid about $36 before tip for 2 people. 10/10 I understand why this place is so popular. Will be coming back regularly. ”

Our appetizer arrived within 2 minutes, and our entrées followed just 4 minutes later. The entire team works together so efficiently, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The pho was outstanding. It was full of flavor, loaded with meat, and even the small portion was generous. I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying and quick meal. ”
